Support a transformation programme through clear reporting, milestone tracking and effective risk and dependency management.

Overview

Our client is looking for a PMO Analyst to support a transformation programme. You will keep reporting accurate and timely, track milestones, and make sure risks, issues and dependencies are visible and well managed.

Responsibilities

Produce regular programme reports, dashboards and status updates
Track milestones, deliverables and plans across workstreams
Maintain the RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies)
Support governance meetings by preparing packs and recording actions
Help project teams follow PMO standards and templates

Requirements

Experience in a PMO, project support or programme support role
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with attention to detail
Good understanding of project and programme governance
Clear written communication and confidence chasing updates from busy teams
APM or PRINCE2 knowledge is helpful
