Product Manager

We are recruiting a Product Manager to own the roadmap for a digital platform. You will turn customer insight and data into prioritised features, working closely with design, engineering and commercial teams to deliver measurable value.

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business goals
• Gather and analyse customer insight, usage data and market feedback
• Write clear requirements and work day to day with design and engineering
• Define success measures and track the impact of what ships
• Communicate progress, trade-offs and decisions to senior stakeholders

• Experience as a Product Manager on a digital product or platform
• A track record of shipping features that improved measurable outcomes
• Comfortable using data and user research to make prioritisation decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
