Overview

A well-established e-commerce platform is growing its product team and is looking for a Product Manager to own the customer checkout and post-purchase experience.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for checkout and post-purchase journeys
Run discovery with customers to identify pain points
Write clear specs and work closely with engineering
Track and report on conversion and retention metrics

Requirements

3+ years product management experience
Experience with e-commerce or marketplace products a plus
Data-driven approach to prioritisation
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative team
