Overview

Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to support two delivery squads. You will help the teams plan and deliver with confidence, clear the blockers that slow them down, and coach everyone involved towards better collaboration and stronger Agile practice.

Responsibilities

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives for two squads
Identify and remove blockers, escalating risks and dependencies where needed
Coach team members, product owners and stakeholders on Agile ways of working
Track delivery progress and share clear updates with stakeholders
Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and team health checks

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting more than one team
Strong understanding of Scrum and wider Agile practice; a recognised certification is helpful
Confident facilitator who can work with engineers, product managers and senior stakeholders
Experience using Jira or a similar delivery tool
Calm, clear communicator with a practical approach to problem solving
