Senior Business Analyst

A large logistics operator is rolling out a new warehouse management system and needs a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and process design across multiple sites.

• Lead requirements gathering across operational stakeholders
• Own the business requirements documentation for the rollout
• Identify process gaps and design future-state workflows
• Support change management and training activities

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in logistics or operations
• Experience with systems implementation projects
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable travelling to sites occasionally
