Overview

A growing marketplace platform is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to join their core platform team, working primarily in Node.js and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

Design and build backend services and APIs
Own database schema design and query performance
Participate in code review and architecture discussions
Collaborate with product and frontend engineers on feature delivery

Requirements

3+ years backend engineering experience
Strong experience with Node.js and SQL databases
Understanding of API design and system architecture
Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team
